Two of my friends are expecting babies this month, and I recently got to help host showers for each of them! We used the same venue for both moms, and I love how we were able to make each event delightfully unique through our decorations and printables!
First was a shower for our little MVP! I designed the invite, a banner, stickers, napkin rings, and party favor boxes for this fun theme… The color scheme coordinated with his nursery and Daddy was a football player–so that made it easy to come up with a design! We wanted to make it “all boy” and still keep an elegant touch for Mom at the same time.. So we did things like use a glass punch bowl next to a sporty water jug to create that juxtaposition of asthetic. I couldn’t be more thrilled with how it turned out!

THEN, a couple of weeks later, we hosted this owl-themed shower for our much-anticipated baby girl! I had a HOOT (sorry! had to say it!) creating the save the date, invitation, toppers, notecards, hostess gift tags, and thank you cards.

Thanks to Viridian Design Studio for their help in pulling off the perfect cupcake tower! And I can’t tell you how much fun I had with a sweet friend creating the table centerpieces. But, one of my favorite elements was an idea from one of the other hostesses, a message board for friends to leave notes for this little blessing!!

I recently teamed up with Viridian Design Studio in planning a party for Hadliegh and Isaac Lankford, the two children of Jennifer from Portraits By Jenn. Aside from wanting to spoil two of our favorite toddlers, we really wanted to showcase the many, many possibilities a client has with their digital files. Stickers can be used on favors, candy, as napkin rings, and so much more. Once the initial design is created for the invitation, developing a coordinating banner or sign, gift tags, thank you cards, or food and drink labels is a breeze! It’s very affordable for me to make as many add-ons as possible for you to have an event full of personal touches without going bankrupt. Here are the printable files I designed for the Lankford Party:
And I couldn’t be more pleased with how beautifully these projects printed out! We had the party pool-side at Comanche Trace on a perfect, sunny evening. Viridian Design, with their fun and creative event-planning team, used my Suess printables to put together an adorable, bright, and fun but also clean and polished party. This event is one both the parents and their children will never forget! Jennifer took some beautiful pictures of the scene, and I’m thrilled to share them with you now!
I cannot believe this sweet baby girl is already a year old! Her mom found the cutest personalized plate for the party, and Jennifer took her birthday portraits. I was delighted when they contacted me to create a template for her that had a multi-photo layout and coordinated with the inspiration piece.
Still working on the website! I actually have everything set to go, but we are having issues with the server! About half the time you go to my URL, you see my site; the other times it says it cannot find the server. Also, on my Contact Page, you can fill out and send a customer inquiry form, but we have NO idea where the information actually goes! I am not receiving the requests! LOL! I want everything perfect before I “officially” launch my site. As soon as these kinks are ironed-out, I will post a VERY happy announcement along with a freebie (which was SUPER fun to create!)
Meanwhile, here’s some other projects that have kept me busy! Thanks for allowing me to make designs for those special moments in your life! It’s a joy to work with so many wonderful families! I love to be a part of adding the personal touches to your celebrations!
